Tracking and insurance is included on all domestic orders. For international orders tracking is included, but please contact us via email or phone about optional insurance.

All posters are shipped in heavy duty/large diameter tubes with thick craft paper and protective tissue paper. Normal size handbills will be shipped flat.

If the order is insured and the buyer receives a damaged product; it can be returned for a full refund or be replaced with a new poster, at the discretion of a buyer.

We allow the buyer one week from the time of delivery to let us know they were returning it for condition issues or if the item was found to be misrepresented in any way.
